Mold Inspection
The purpose of a mold inspection is to identify and document visible evidence of mold growth, moisture issues, and other suspect conditions that are indicators of indoor mold growth.
Full inspection with sampling

We will visit your property and complete a thorough, visual inspection of the entire area. We will inspect any areas with moisture, water damage, and other areas that may promote the growth of mold.
No sampling. Inspection only
Air Quality Testing
The swab and/or air samples we gathered from your property are sent to an advanced laboratory for analysis and identification. The lab testing process will determine the exact type of mold that is growing in the area.
No inspection. Sampling only
Once the inspection and testing samples are complete, we will provide you with a full inspection report. The inspection report includes the mold testing lab results and all of our findings. We can also provide a protocol with our recommendation for the best course of mold remediation.
