A home with a swimming pool is a highly desirable feature for South Florida homeowners and potential homebuyers. Before purchasing a home with a pool it is important to have a pool inspection. Pool Inspections can determine if the current condition of the pool and surroundings are up to the current safety standards. Pools that have not had proper maintenance or care can be subject too many unsafe conditions like leaks, broken steps, faulty ladders/railings, blocked drainage/filtration systems, unsafe diving boards, dangerous deck surfaces, and much more. When you’re looking to invest in a home with a pool, a pool inspection can alert you to any damages, repairs, or potential hazards that may arise based on the current state of the pool. Reminder that this is a visual inspection only and will not identify any leaks in the pool (available option), temperature or pressure issues or evaluate the correct chemical balance of the water.

Pool Leak Detection.

Pool repairs can be extremely expensive, this is why we recommend a Pool Leak Detection be completed on all pool & spa inspections.  Our electronic pool leak detection equipment (Leakalyzer) can detect water loss in a pool down to 1/10,000th of an inch, enabling us to determine how many gallons per hour is being lost in as little as 5 – 10 minutes factoring in evaporation.

POOL & SPA FEE’S $175 ($125 with Home Inspections)
